“A great day out for all the family at our traditional country show”
First staged in 1947, the Ellingham Show is a traditional country show, displaying a variety of animals, rural activities, crafts, trade stands and competitions. The show is held on the second Saturday in August – this year that’s Saturday 8th August 2020
Once again, we are back in the magnificent grounds of the Somerley Estate, near Ringwood, BH24 3PL.
The show is organised by the members of the Ellingham and Ringwood Agricultural Society. We are a registered charity and our show is run entirely by volunteers and helpers.
We also aim to give to local charities and good causes. Last year we were able to distribute more than £20,000, and you can find out more about all the people we were able to help here. As well as to our visitors, we are also very grateful for the great support we receive from both individuals and businesses.
The show welcomes all, with children under 16 admitted free and concession prices for the over 60s. Parking near the centre of this show is provided for vehicles displaying a blue Disabled badge. Please bear in mind however that the show is staged on agricultural land and, especially in wet weather, can be a bit tricky for buggies and wheelchairs.
